Ready to relocate to Germany?

Note, a Fluent level of German language is required for this position and experience working or living in Germany.

Training available, You'll be servicing the clients in the South of Germany so driving skills are required.

Responsibility:

Offer a technician timely, professional technical service to customers food retailers & well-known supermarket chains (about 60% of the activity)

Replacement of spare parts and electrical accessories and help with the commissioning of client devices

Proper documentation and transmission of the work carried out

Take care of the initial installation/assembly, repair and execution of regular maintenance and repair work of complete fog systems

Help customer employees with the instruction, commissioning and functioning of the products and devices

Create online documentation of the service calls

Provide advice at trade fairs and other services

Have an unrestricted willingness to travel

You will be accompanied over the first few weeks and trained "on-the-job", and you will also be invited to the main headquarters (South of France) for training with colleagues for two weeks

About you:

Have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, industrial/plant mechanics and ideally already 2 years of professional experience as a service technician

Would like to help expand a new technical service in Germany and contribute your own ideas and experience

Have a pronounced customer/service orientation with a clear eye for the needs of your customers.

Can express yourself clearly and to the point and make technical formulations understandable even for the layman

Are an experienced PC user and are familiar with common Office programs

Current place of residence is in the greater Frankfurt area with good connections to the A5 motorway.

Are a prudent driver and have a category B driving licence.

The company pays for flight to and from home country

-The company shall pay each and every professional expense accordingly to the german labour agreement (meals & hotels).

The package includes a Company Car, professional tools & equipment, work clothes, computer and mobile.

Working level of German required.
